They convinced me... i mean it's locked in place. The guy tries to get up the ladder to prove how safe it is, and surprise it ain't so he insists "Now it's locked in place", and then he crashes to the ground. I never laughed like this.

Another super smart and super fun cartoon from the genius mind of Tex Avery. I remember when I saw this cartoon when I was younger but I find it funnier now.
